The 2025 GMC Yukon XL has a standard 355-hp 5.3L V8 on Elevation and AT4 or a standard 420-hp 6.2L V8 on Denali, Denali Ultimate and AT4 Ultimate, while the available enhanced Duramax 3.0L Turbo-Diesel engine now makes 305 hp and 495 lb-ft of torque.
