My maintenance service at Rizza Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac in Tinley Park, Illinois, today on my XT4 Cadillac was an awesome experience. Every time I receive service on my car there, all the workers go above and beyond what's actually expected of them. My service technician today, Becky, also went above and beyond today. We had to wait almost two weeks to get in but we waited as we needed trustworthy and experienced mechanics for a transmission problem. Glad we waited! Rizza employees kept us updated on our repair on a daily basis. I couldn’t ask for more.
