I switched to the new Cadillac OPTIQ for my first electric vehicle after having six Mercedes. This electric car is the best I have driven after renting at least eight different makes and models. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Becky in the service department. She is good at her job. She made sure she checked out things that I mentioned and more on my vehicle. She’s a multitasker, but I did not feel neglected.

My maintenance service at Rizza Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac in Tinley Park, Illinois, today on my XT4 Cadillac was an awesome experience. Every time I receive service on my car there, all the workers go above and beyond what's actually expected of them. My service technician today, Becky, also went above and beyond today. I'm definitely going back for all my maintenance needs.

We had to wait almost two weeks to get in but we waited as we needed trustworthy and experienced mechanics for a transmission problem. Glad we waited! Rizza employees kept us updated on our repair on a daily basis. I couldn’t ask for more.
