I had an appointment. Arrived on time for service and was waiting for the car. Oil change, tire rotatation, change air filters and I had the ozone service added. For some reason I ended up having to wait 2.5 hours for service to be completed. They also forgot to reset the cabin air filter life setting.

Great job.John is always helpful and professional. He needs a raise. The guy who drove me home was pleasant

I went to Rizza Buick GMC to test drive a Terrain to help narrow down my new car search which I thought would take much longer. Anthony greeted us in the parking lot and immediately made us feel excited about this potential new purchase - his eager and happy attitude really took a lot of pressure off the stereotypical car shopping experience. I found the service to be polite and respectful but much too expensive to use for an oil change and tire rotation. The 90 minute wait was excessive since I actually made an appointment for the service.

I was told that my service visit (replace steering wheel and oil change) would take at least three hours. Since I elected to wait, I was pleasantly surprised when it took slightly less than two. Everything was as expected and the car was washed as well. Excellent job

The service department and the service on my vehicle I would give 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of a incident that happened on the outside near the showroom. I was standing outside talking on the phone while my car was being serviced, and a employee came up to me in a rude manner with a frown on his face and asked me "Do you need something", as if I wasn't suppose to be standing outside. And I told him my car is being serviced. He was very rude...I wish I had asked for ...

Beautiful dealership appearance wise. Staff certifying the vehicle failed to be complete in their inspection process leaving the tire monitor reading only three of the four tire pressure readings. Fourth tire pressure reading is still not registering. This is important and remains to be addressed and fixed. Center console latch fails to lock console in down position. Not a big deal here but should have been caught and fixed prior to being marketed for sale. My only serious criticism is the certifying component of this dealership glossed over these two items while doing their certified vehicle inspection.
