Silver Lining in All of It When I found out my GMC Terrain was considered totaled, I was gutted. I bought my Terrain 6 years ago from Rizza and loved every bit of it. Coming back to Rizza, Larry took care of me and my family as we were reeling from the car accident. He is so kind, empathetic, and organic. Speaking with Larry while we were walking through my 2nd purchase of my next Terrain was the silver lining in all that my family had experienced. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Becky in the service department. She is good at her job. She made sure she checked out things that I mentioned and more on my vehicle. She’s a multitasker, but I did not feel neglected.

Good experience

My maintenance service at Rizza Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac in Tinley Park, Illinois, today on my XT4 Cadillac was an awesome experience. Every time I receive service on my car there, all the workers go above and beyond what's actually expected of them. My service technician today, Becky, also went above and beyond today. I'm definitely going back for all my maintenance needs.
