A very Unprofessional Dealership! Their Sale's Manager was very Rude, Demeaning and Condescending. I wonder if I was a Younger Person (I am 74) if he would have treated me the same. I am Very Disappointed in the Treatment that I received. I have written this review so other's do not go thru the Trepidation that I was exposed to.
Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Easy to do business with! They were honest with their pricing and did not try to add extras to the vehicle.
Excellent experience. Full transparency and competitive pricing. Carlos Gutierrez is the best Sales Specialist! I switched to the new Cadillac OPTIQ for my first electric vehicle after having six Mercedes. This electric car is the best I have driven after renting at least eight different makes and models. Rizza Cadillac was the best new car purchasing experience that I have ever had. At least half the time as other dealerships. No haggling, no pressure....they let the car and the pricing speak for itself. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Cadillac.
Paid $1400 for an antifreeze leak. Just to pay another $500 for the same leak.I was told an engine water outlet was the problem. We'll it wasn't in fact, it made the leak worse. Return less than 24hrs later told its the other outlet broke when I left, charged another $500 to replace the "other outlet. Just to get a receipt for a thermostat. The leak stop. I was scammed and lied to.
I'm a returning customer for a reason - the place is great. The salesperson Larry Papp is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I needed in a manner that was quick but also thorough. He made sure we were happy with every aspect of the vehicle and the purchasing process. The way he explained every step of the way made us feel like our time was valuable but also that we knew what each step of the process was for. He made sure to introduce us to the other staff members we were working with along the way and each person thanked us for the business and really appreciated us. Also, the car is beautiful and we're happy with the purchase (again).

In my 70 years on this planet, this is the worst car dealership I have ever leased a new car from. They lie, especially the sales manager. They deliver a vehicle that is not even clean. This is a Cadillac dealership and this is the first Cadillac I have had. The car itself is good. I actually like it. I got screwed out of a free charger installation and stuck with a free charging service I can't use since there are none of them within 120 miles from me. I tend to trust people. I learned my lesson and lost faith in people. They lie extensively. They don't return your calls. I will never deal with them again and I don't think you should either.
Want to take the time to thank Jay Bakr for his help in the resolution of an issue I had with my 2025 XT5. The customer care after the sale that Jay exhibited should be an example for the industry

Ordered and bought a 2025 Cadillac XT5 from Rizza Cadillac. My wife and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience we had at this store. Service that was provided was not what I was used to. I was given the run around and treated very badly. I will never come back to Rizza for any type of service.
Silver Lining in All of It When I found out my GMC Terrain was considered totaled, I was gutted. I bought my Terrain 6 years ago from Rizza and loved every bit of it. Coming back to Rizza, Larry took care of me and my family as we were reeling from the car accident. He is so kind, empathetic, and organic. Speaking with Larry while we were walking through my 2nd purchase of my next Terrain was the silver lining in all that my family had experienced. I am so grateful that Larry took the time to listen and be with me and my family during this moment. My favorite part was that he was present every step of the way.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Becky in the service department. She is good at her job. She made sure she checked out things that I mentioned and more on my vehicle. She’s a multitasker, but I did not feel neglected.
